September is Coach Appreciation Month! ActiveSG Academies & Clubs conducted a workshop at NYSI and gathered coaches together to learn and share their experiences in a funny and engaging way.

ActiveSG Table Tennis Academy Coach
In conjunction with CoachSG Coach Appreciation Day, ActiveSG Academies and Clubs’ coaches came together to attend the Managing Challenging Behaviours in Young Children workshop conducted by Clinical Health and Psychology Centre (NUS) on 27 Sep 2024 at NYSI. Coaches get to bette equip themselves in managing participants who exhibit challenging behaviours while in our programme. The aim of this workshop is to upskill our A&C coaches to make our programme more inclusive. Using group discussion, role play and session design, the coaches get to find out different strategies when they handling challenging children in their sessions.
