Pete Thorne

Pete Thorne has been at the helm of ATA/Voyager Singapore as its technical director since September 2021, guiding the academy’s most committed players towards achieving their tennis and life goals. Pete is a passionate tennis professional with more than 17 years of coaching players of varying ages – from toddlers to ATP and WTA professionals. Originally from the UK, Pete was a county champion from U12s to U18s and was top 30 in the UK from U12 to U18. He also played through seven successful German league seasons and was captain and the top player for Buckinghamshire Men's team.
Some of Pete’s coaching highlights include: · Coached Katy Dunne from 12 to 19 years.
