Aiming to provide the community with a wider range of sport facilities that are easily accessible, the first of four Active Health Sport-in-Precinct (SIP) was launched on 7 July 2018 at Jurong Spring.

Active Health totems with tips on how to manage your health and wellness are located around the park. You can scan through QR codes on the totems to learn small habits through the four domains of physical activity, nutrition, sleep and screen-time management. Overtime, these tips and habits that are based on expertise knowledge of exercise, sport science, medicine, health and wellness can create a big impact in your lifestyle. At the exercise stations, there are also QR codes that you can scan through to learn the correct techniques and the types of exercises that you can perform using that equipment.
