Things to Note
👉 Come dressed in comfortable sporting attire i.e., exercise top and bottoms, sports shoes to participate in the physical activities.
👉Do bring along your personal water bottle to the event. You may refill your water bottle at designated water points at the Singapore Sports Hub.
👉 For water sport participants (i.e. Kayak & Dragon Boat workshops), footwear is required to be worn at all times even while in the kayak or dragon boat (bring a pair of footwear you don't mind getting wet, slippers are allowed!). Do remember to bring along a change of clothes (shower facilities available), sunscreen and a hat/sunglasses to protect you from the elements.
Programme-Related Matters
The workshops are designed to be beginner-level, and no prior experience is required to participate.
You won’t need to bring any equipment. Just a water bottle, a bag to keep your items and yourself.
In the event of wet weather, we will adhere to the protocols set up by the activity organisers. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities.
