CALL FOR PARTNERSHIP TO CONTRIBUTE TO ACTIVESG'S ECOSYSTEM

ActiveSG is an all-inclusive national movement for sports, by Sport Singapore (SportSG), designed to be a lifestyle destination for Singaporeans to live better through sports and a platform to extend our sporting reach to the community, with facilities available island-wide and member privileges offered to all ages and abilities. Today, ActiveSG manages facilities across over 35 locations in Singapore and serving a community of over 2 Million members ranging from all age groups.

Over at ActiveSG, we aim to organise meaningful activities and events to encourage community sports participation, and we strongly believe that working with valuable partners can create a stronger impact with long-term sustainability to better serve the public.

Objectives:

The purpose of this Call for Partnership is to reach out to like-minded businesses who would be interested to contribute back to the sports community through donations and sponsorships in the form of cash and/or value-in-kind. Some of ActiveSG key events which you can be a part of, and contribute to includes (but not limited to):

Pesta Sukan, where we celebrate the lead up to National Day as part of our marquee event, GetActive! Singapore, through a series of competitions in over 30 sports held from July to August. As well as various other ad-hoc events by ActiveSG, where we celebrate key milestones together with the community.

We are looking for suitable partner(s) to provide for the following non-exhaustive list of necessary operational resources such as, Food & Beverage, Event Kit, Advertising spaces, Prizes, Venue, Sunscreens and so on.

CALL FOR PARTNERSHIP (LICENCE) TO DEPLOY, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN VENDING MACHINES AND/OR ELECTRONIC LOCKER SERVICES AT SPORT SINGAPORE FACILITIES

ActiveSG is looking to work with like-minded businesses interested in contributing to the sports community through either of the following scopes:

(1) Sale of food options through vending machines; and/or

(2) Sale of beverages through vending machines; and/or

(3) Electronic locker services.

*Vendors can choose to participate in 1 or more than 1 project. Vendors who choose to participate in more than 1 project shall submit separate proposals with its respective information and documents required.

**SportSG reserves the right and discretion to award the partnerships in whole or in part to one or more partners, or to no partner at all.

Opening Date:

Thursday, 26 September 2024

Partnership period:

Target to commence 1 December 2024, for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 3 years at the discretion of SportSG.

Submission:

Proposals are to be submitted by hand at SportSG HQ Tender Box D in a sealed envelope and prominently marked as: -

Closing date for submission will be no later than Tuesday, 15 October 2024, 12pm.
