Brief Description
- A 30-min video resource for parents with pre-schoolers aged 3-4 and/or children aged 5-6 years to participate meaningfully as a pair, with easy-to-follow steps and actions. The guided activities promote parent-child bonding through play and ignite child's interest in staying active! Definitely beginner-friendly, no prior experience is needed!
- Each fitness video will be hosted by our Active Parents trainers (and sometimes, with their child demonstrating alongside too!). What’s more, the mood-boosting workout comes with energetic music to excite adults and children alike.
- All you have to do is to use the high-quality pre-recorded video as part of your parent-engagement events e.g., play our 30-min video resource for parents and children to work out a sweat during the event. It’s really up to you!

Yoga
Yoga is a great way to improve one’s balance and flexibility, but did you know that you can also develop strength and reduce stress with this practice too? We encourage parents to partner together with your child, enjoy the bonding session and support one another to make yoga even more enjoyable!

Fundamental movement skills form the building blocks of daily activities and are essential in the early years to pave the way for development of more complex physical movements. We encourage parents to participate actively in the activities and enjoy the fun together with your child!
