The start of the pandemic was a period of trepidation, as we all scrambled to adapt our lives to the safe management measures. These disruptions to one’s personal and professional selves were no doubt sapping, both physically and emotionally.
Joshua’s background in psychology gives him a sophisticated grasp on the impact of mental health during COVID-19. He is part of a strong support system for our Team Singapore athletes so that they can perform at their maximum potential and fulfil their sporting aspirations.
