Warm-up Exercises:

  3. Hip Opener
  4. Shoulder Rotations
  5. Calf Raises

 

 Workout of the Day 

2 rounds of 45 seconds per exercise with 15 seconds active recovery

  1. Four Steps
  2. Four Single Punch + Double punch
  3. Squat + Side Raise
  4. Reverse Lunges + Overhead Reach
  5. Squat Hold (5 sec counts) 

 

  1.  Cool Down Exercises: 3 minutes
  2. Slow March
  3. Calf Stretch
  4. Bent Over Hamstring Stretch
  5. Quad Stretch
  6. Chest Stretch
  7. Standing Back Side to Side Stretch
