The National School Games Sailing Championships brought together 123 student athletes at the National Sailing Centre, where the vibrant backdrop of rippling waters and billowing sails set the stage for intense competition. Participants vied for top honors in the ILCA 6, ILCA 4, and Optimist events. Raffles Institution (RI) emerged as a dominant force, clinching an impressive four gold trophies across various divisions.

In the ILCA 6 and ILCA 4 events, the A Division Boys competed in six races, while the A Division Girls, B Division Boys, and B Division Girls each raced in five races. The C Division Girls raced in four events. In the Optimist events, both C Division Girls and Boys participated in seven races. After a series of thrilling races, the final positions were tabulated, leading to a grand award ceremony to celebrate the champions of the championship.

Elizabeth Victoria Say (Sail 214873) from Dunman High School (DHS), along with teammate Eunice Tan (Sail 147875), achieved 4th and 7th position, respectively, in the same event.

Congratulations to the C Division Girls winners! Tanjong Katong Girls' School (TKGS) saw Tham Yan Shuang Ashlea sailed into 1st place. DHS’s Jemima Fife Chang Shanqi followed in 2nd, and Wong Li Xuan Mildred from Raffles Girls' School (Secondary) (RGS) secured 3rd. Elizabeth Victoria Say from DHS rounded out the top four with a 4th place finish.
