ActiveSG Masters Club Fitness Video (Video 1 of 5): Simple Daily Exercises

This is the 1st of 5 workout videos that aims to enable you to workout at least 5 days a week at your own convenience. Led by Active Health Experts, Melvin and Joanna, Physiotherapist from Singapore Physiotherapy Association.

The workout in this video program aims to introduce exercises that would help improve general action during daily life movements such as pushing, pulling and grip strength. Intensity of the workout will be increased as you go through the program.
