At the 2017 SEA Games in Malaysia, Team Singapore's 9-member Archery squad, brought home 1 Silver medal. 2 years later in Manila, the 7-member team was unable to medal.
Therefore, it came as no surprise when the main objective of the 6-member team in Hanoi for the current SEA Games, was to secure a minimum of 1 podium finish! Meanwhile, Sport Singapore, caught up with 3 members of our Archery squad 2 weeks ago for an interview. On the pre-taped Zoom chat, SportSG's Raj Kumar spoke to Goh Jun Hui, Keller Chai and Madeleine Ong discussed targets, the current community scene, competition formats, training sessions during Covid-19 and much more.
